Met de Unica Innovation Challenge moedigt Unica leveranciers, ketenpartners en organisaties aan om producten of diensten te ontwikkelen waar de hele technieksector duurzamer, productiever of op een andere manier beter van wordt. De derde editie van de jaarlijks uitgereikte innovatieprijs stond in het teken van de krapte op de arbeidsmarkt. De Harde Leerschool won overtuigend met een innovatief praktijkprogramma gericht op een inclusieve arbeidsmarkt.
